Hypnosis

Designed to enhance and promote positive changes in one’s life. What is hypnosis? It is the use of focused attention and suggestion to produce changes in perception (cognition and sensation), memory and behavior.  Why hypnosis? It is useful for a wide range of clinical problems and can be used in treating virtually any condition for which a psychological intervention is indicated. Although hypnosis involves an altered state of consciousness, hypnosis is done by the client and not the therapist. Clients can retain the ability to control their behavior; hypnosis becomes easier with practice.
